MY CHILD IS REGISTERED AND HE/SHE WON'T BE ABLE TO COMPETE, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds, however we have two options to accommodate you.
Option 1 Replacement Competitor.
Refer to your EventBrite confirmation email for login info.
Log into EventBrite.
Switch the competitor information.
Option 2 Compete at our next event.
Send an email to info@gracietournaments.com. State that you would like to use your child's registration at the next event. Include all of your contact information, child's registration information, and the reasoning why your child was not able to compete. In case of an injury a doctors note will be required.
DOES MY CHILD NEED TO WEIGH-IN WITH THE GI?
No.
MY CHILD IS COMPETING ONLY SUNDAY. CAN THEY WEIGH-IN ON SUNDAY?
Yes, they can weigh-in 7am-9am on Sunday at the LA Convention center.

CAN I GET A LIST OF COMPETITORS OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY CHILD'S REGISTRATION?
Competitor list will be posted online Jan 26th.
Check to ensure all of the details of your child's registration are correct.
If any information needs to be corrected please refer to your EventBrite confirmation email for login info. Log into EventBrite. Correct the competitor information.
IF MY CHILD DOES NOT MAKE WEIGHT WILL THEY BE DISQUALIFIED?
Yes =(
Brackets can not be amended.
DO COMPETITORS HAVE TO PAY TO GET INTO THE CONVENTION CENTER or FITNESS EXPO?
No. Your child's registration covers their entrance fee to the event. However guests, parents and coaches can purchase tickets at the door or advanced tickets are available online at www.thefitexpo.com/tickets.asp
CAN I BRING A CAMERA?
Yes!
LOST AND FOUND
Valuable items such as cameras, older looking belts (blue and above), will be kept for 2 weeks after the tournament. Please email info@gracietournaments.com to claim any items.
We will not save gi’s, shoes, personal clothing and etc.
All items will be donated to the local goodwill store.
